Where do you get your products from?

We pride ourselves in that all of our products are authentically MADE IN NEW ZEALAND. We source from the most respected suppliers in New Zealand and are always on the search for the latest products available so our customers can benefit from the best of what New Zealand has to offer.

Where are you located?

We are located in Auckland but source from suppliers throughout the length and breadth of New Zealand.

I am a corporate and would like some special products for my guests. Can I request different products other than those shown on NZ for YOU?

Our team prides itself in its ability to assist customers with special one-off orders. Whether it is for a specific event or a targeted group of people, the NZ for YOU team is full of ideas to help fulfill your specific requirements. This may include special products or a customised packaging option.

Can I gift to my corporate clients when they visit New Zealand but take advantage of your shipping rates to get the products sent to my client’s homes in their own country?

Absolutely. Many corporates are keen to gift to their clients but also understand that their customers may not have planned for additional luggage. Hence, we can prepare the gift boxes for you, you can gift the box or show an example of a gift box to your customers on their visit and then we can ship it directly to their door. That way they get the benefit of your gift in their own home or office without the luggage hassle.

What happens if NZ FOR YOU is out of stock of a product that is shown?

Our aim is that all products displayed will be available for purchase but we may get caught out for one reason or another. If this happens, we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative product or you can review your order.

How do I stay up to date with new products and new initiatives from NZ FOR YOU?

We encourage you to sign up for the regular email newsletter where we promote new products, keep you up to date with what some of our suppliers have been up to and also have special promotions and giveaways which you may want to enjoy.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay using all standard credit cards as well as weChat and Alipay (via the Latipay gateway). If a bank transfer has been organised the NZ for YOU bank account details are 02-1269-0042312-00.

Do all orders come as gift boxes?

Many customers buy products for personal use in larger volumes hence do not need a gift box option. We dispatch these products in a rigid secure box, with the same premium branding that goes with all NZ for YOU boxes.

Will my gift box look like it is displayed on NZ FOR YOU?

Absolutely. At NZ FOR YOU, packaging products beautifully is a priority for us. Our boxes are constructed using rigid, premium natural card and branded with modern gold foil text. The boxes are further enhanced with the inclusion of an on-trend natural string circling the box. We also offer the choice of three gorgeous New Zealand inspired sleeves if you would like a different presentation look for your gift box. We are also constantly innovating and updating our packaging to ensure customers will have the opportunity for new gift box options.

Is the gift box suitable for anything else post receiving?

Our premium boxes are designed to be used post purchase as a go to box for storage for anything that you may want!

Do I pay more for products in a gift box?

No – you don’t pay more for products in a gift box but we do from time to time offer discounts for larger personal use volumes.

What is the size of each box?

Large Gift Box: 325mm (L) x 278mm (W) x 85mm (H)

Small Gift Box: 220mm (L) x 220mm (W) x 85mm (H)

Volume box/Personal use: 330mm (L) x 295mm (W) x 110mm (H)

If I am building a box of products, will it tell me if I have too many products for the box size available?

Yes. As you build your box, you will get a notification that your box is now full. Hence, you may want to close your box or you may want to start another box. We are constantly looking at what our customers want and hence will be adjusting our box sizes to ensure we can deliver to our customer’s expectations. Please contact us if you have any questions around this.

I want to send as a gift. Can I write a gift message with my gift?

Absolutely. At checkout you will have the option to write a gift card. This message will be written on premium card and included with your gift.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim for 2-3 days order processing time followed by New Zealand delivery of 1-2 days or international courier delivery 4 - 8 days. We have full tracking facilities for all shipping. If you have specific delivery expectations please contact us as we can look at helping you achieve the timing you require.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Through NZ for YOU’s logistics partner relationships, you will receive very competitive delivery rates. The rates will be displayed at check out. To keep it simple, they are based on a fixed rate for a small box and a fixed rate for a large box and are country specific. All freight goes by priority tracked courier.

Where do you ship to?

NZ for YOU focuses on enabling shipping to wherever you want in the world. We cannot deliver to a PO Box as it must be a street address. The premium packaging that we provide ensures the boxes are well protected for the requirements of international shipping.

Can I pick up rather than get the package shipped to an address?

We would prefer if you had your package delivered but if you do need to organise an Auckland pick up, please caontact team@nzforyou.co.nz and we can try and help you out.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. We offer tracking on all of our deliveries.

Will any other charges apply on arrival of the package?

Every country has different arrangements with regard to additional charges from customs on arrival therefore. It is therefore best to familiarise yourself with this prior to sending however experience has shown that due to the size/value of shipments that additional charges are expected to be unlikely.

What do I do if the product doesn’t arrive in the expected time?

If your products do not arrive in your expected time, please contact us and we are there to help

Can all the products be sent out of New Zealand to other countries?

Wine is currently only able to be shipped within New Zealand. Some countries do have special regulatory restrictions with regards to honey imports so it is best to familiarise yourself with any local regulations prior to sending. We are not aware of any other products that are on NZ for YOU that you would have issues with but if you are concerned, please investigate local regulations.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your products arrive damaged, please contact us and we are there to help.
